Study Overview
Our performance claims are based on a comprehensive analysis of 247 fitness businesses that used PersonaLift between January and August 2025. This cohort includes:
- Gyms & Fitness Centers: 89 businesses (36%)
- Yoga & Pilates Studios: 67 businesses (27%)
- CrossFit Boxes: 43 businesses (17%)
- Martial Arts & Dance Studios: 31 businesses (13%)
- Wellness & Recovery Centers: 17 businesses (7%)
Conversion Definition
Primary Conversions Tracked
Trial Sign-ups
Free trial registration, intro packages, first-time visitor offers
Class Bookings
Single class purchases, drop-in reservations, workshop sign-ups
Membership Sales
Monthly/annual membership purchases and upgrades
Additional Services
Personal training, nutrition consultations, recovery sessions
Each business defined their primary conversion goal during onboarding. The most common configuration was trial sign-ups (63% of participants) followed by membership sales (28%) and class bookings (9%).
Statistical Analysis
A/B Testing Methodology
Each participating business ran simultaneous A/B tests comparing their original website content (control) against PersonaLift's AI-generated variants (treatment). Traffic was randomly split 50/50 with a minimum 2-week testing period.
Statistical Significance Requirements
- • Minimum 95% confidence level (p < 0.05)
- • Minimum 1,000 visitors per variant
- • Minimum 50 conversions per variant
- • Test duration: 14-90 days (median: 31 days)

Attribution Methodology
Revenue attribution uses last-click conversion tracking. Multi-touch attribution and offline conversions may not be fully captured in these figures.
Market Conditions
Study period (Jan-Aug 2025) occurred during generally favorable market conditions for fitness businesses. Economic downturns or market disruptions may affect results.
